Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a responsible transport aide to assist residents with loading/unloading from facility vehicles and to provide safe transport to medical appointments and activities. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs, with flexibility to accommodate late appointments.

Candidates must have CNA training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading/unloading from facility approved vehicles.
• Ensure safe transport to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle interior/exterior for safety and image.
• Monitor maintenance logs and arrange vehicle servicing.
• Duties as assigned.
• Flexible with work time to accommodate appointments.
• Demonstrate safe transfer techniques and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Make complex decisions for highly dependent patients.
