Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA/PSS/CNA) to provide resident care in a warm, home-like setting. The role includes evenings, with full-time Wednesday–Saturday 2p-10p and additional part-time/per diem options in Bay Square at Yarmouth, Maine.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and supporting residents with dementia when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with residents with dementia desired.

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Evenings Wednesday-Saturday 2p-10p

Additional Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
