Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at Bay Square in Yarmouth, ME is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA/PSS/CNA) to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like setting. Part‑time evenings (Thu–Sat 2p–10p) with additional part-time and per diem opportunities, paying $19.50–$20.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents with dementia.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Additional Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PSS license preferred
