Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living’s Bay Square at Yarmouth is seeking a compassionate CNA/PCA/HHA to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. Full time evenings 2p-10p, Wednesday through Saturday, with additional part-time and per diem opportunities available.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and report health changes to the team. Competitive benefits accompany this fulfilling role.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
• Previous dementia care experience desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Use customer service skills to ensure exceptional care
• Perform other duties as needed

Bay Square at Yarmouth is looking for a compassionate PCA/PSS/CNA to join our team! As a Personal Care Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Evenings Wednesday-Saturday 2p-10p

Additional Part Time and Per Diem Opportunities!

$19.50-$20.75/HR

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
