Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in West Haven, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents at Haven Creek Assisted Living. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and hygiene under supervision according to care plans.

The ideal candidate holds a state CNA, High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and a Food Handler Permit. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• One year of experience as a CNA in long-term care preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services during meals and documentation of intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and ensures intake is recorded.
