Rocky Mountain Care-Willow Springs in Tooele, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate care under the supervision of nursing leadership. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support care plans, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment in a long-term care setting.

Requirements include an active CNA in good standing, High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, and Food Handler Permit.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and established policies.
• Support nurse and staff; perform duties as assigned.
• Document meal intake and assist with meals; coordinate dining room services.
• Record weights and monitor skin condition; report changes to nurse.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to nurse and supervisor.
