Atrium Centers in Tomah, WI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) for full-time 2nd and 3rd shifts in a 74-bed facility. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time applicants.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and follow infection control procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vitals.
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA).
