Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a CNA to join our team in Gustin Township, Michigan. This 12-hour shift role offers full-time opportunities with 1st shift and 12-hour shifts as outlined, along with hero pay on top of base wages.

You’ll provide resident care per Care Plans, assist with daily activities, and uphold infection control and documentation standards in a 39-bed facility that values compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mentality with a thirst for learning.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
