Job summary

Atrium Centers in Tomah, WI is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide resident care according to a Care Plan, assist with daily activities, and support resident safety.

We offer 74-bed facility on 2nd & 3rd shifts for full-time and all shifts for part-time; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license.
• Completed CNA course.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and follow infection control procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vitals
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
