Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization delivering resident-centered care in a 60-bed Kingsford facility. We’re seeking CNAs to join our caring team on 8-hour shifts.

As a CNA/STNA, you will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor safety, practice infection control, document vitals and care notes, and report concerns promptly to uphold residents’ rights. Must hold CNA license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements, including vitals
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
