Job summary

Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time or part-time roles across shifts. The 87-bed facility offers a 3rd shift option with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NOC staff and pay ranging from $21 to $22 per hour.

You will support residents per care plans, assist with daily activities, monitor safety, document vital signs, and uphold infection control.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly
• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
