Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring CNAs to provide resident care in a compassionate, team-focused environment. The role supports daily living activities, safety, and personalized care plans in a facility serving residents with dignity and quality care.

Open shifts include 1st shift full-time, 2nd shift part-time, and 3rd shift full-time NOC with a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly.
• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
