Job summary

Atrium Centers seeks a compassionate CNA to join our 60-bed facility in Frederic, WI. You will provide resident care per Care Plan, assist with daily activities, and uphold infection control and documentation standards.

We offer a second-shift full-time role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on growth. Excellent attendance and a service mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals.
• Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
