Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned community in Michigan seeking a compassionate CNA to provide resident care per care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain safety and infection control. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and delivering patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will have a CNA/STNA certification, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to resident welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals.
• Report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
