Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization located in Michigan, seeking CNAs/STNAs to provide compassionate resident care. You will follow Care Plans, assist with daily activities, ensure safety, and uphold infection control standards.

We value excellent communication, a service-minded attitude, and strong attendance as part of a team that delivers high-quality care to residents in a 60-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
