Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care within our unique cottage-style, resident-centered setting. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure comfort, dignity, and safety, and collaborate with nurses to follow care plans.

We offer 12-hour shifts and competitive pay. Earn $18-$19/hour with a $1/hour night differential and a $4/hour weekend differential, plus next-day pay and advancement opportunities within our South

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Compassionate and team‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans.
Deliver compassionate, resident‑centered care.
