Qualifications

• CNA Certification from an accredited program.
• Active South Carolina CNA Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident plans.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before procedures.
• Record entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Check on residents regularly and respond to calls promptly.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental staff to meet resident needs.
