Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time roles. You will provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and comfort while upholding dignity.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times.
