Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for a part-time role. You will provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living in a 120-bed skilled nursing setting, contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care.
