Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on resident care within our 12‑hour shift model. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety for residents in a cottage-style care setting.

Qualified applicants are 18+, hold SC CNA license, with PCC experience preferred. We offer competitive pay at $18-$19/hour with night and weekend differentials, next-day pay, and multiple healthcare

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans.
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
