Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for day and night shifts. This 144-bed skilled nursing facility offers 12-hour shifts, a $3/hour night differential, and an $8/hour weekend differential, with on-site leadership 24/7 and a structured care environment.

As an RN, you will lead care coordination on cottage-style units, supervise staff, oversee medications, and ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered SC RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Maintain CE credits and good standing with State Board.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a highly structured and supportive environment, with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support.

Position Summary
