Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for day and night shifts to deliver high-quality nursing care across cottage-style units. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, individualized attention.

You will lead and supervise care teams, administer medications, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance in a structured, supportive environment with on-site leadership

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care.

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a highly structured and supportive environment, with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an ideal place for nurses who value teamwork, consistency, and strong clinical support.
