Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on, resident-centered care within our cottage-style care model. You will ensure comfort, dignity and safety for residents while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

Qualified CNAs are expected to support activities of daily living, assist with mobility, and follow care plans. We offer competitive pay with night and weekend differentials, plus advancement opportunities within our SC network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Work alongside nurses and care team to follow care plans.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) with their own kitchens, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy.
