Job summary

Winding Trails Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time CNAs to provide direct care under licensed nurses. You will support residents with daily activities, safety, and health needs in a facility-based setting.

The role requires a CO CNA license, CPR, and English proficiency, with 10th-grade education minimum. Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and full-time benefits apply including health, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO CNA license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CNA experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and basic tasks.
• Monitor residents' status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and infection control within the facility.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
• Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education
• Current CPR
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
• CNA for 1 year is a plus or experience in caregiving prior
• Experience in LTC/SNF a plus!

Rate Range

$24-$29/hour
