Job summary

Winding Trails Post Acute is hiring PRN CNAs to join our community of compassionate professionals dedicated to resident care. This role provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Open to 12-hour shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am PRN, with competitive pay and benefits including vision and dental for full-time staff, and growth opportunities within a supportive team focused on making a difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO CNA license.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Current CPR.
• Able to pass Colorado CAPS and criminal background checks.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• CNA for 1 year is a plus; LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO


• Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education


• Current CPR


• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check


• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language


• CNA for 1 year is a plus or experience in caregiving prior


• Experience in LTC/SNF a plus!

Rate Range: $24-$29/hour
