Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to lead CMS operations and Support within the CDX Platform Administration & Governance team. You will own the CaaS platform, manage Tier 1 support, intake, and governance tasks, and work with Jira, Confluence, and Foundry to ensure a smooth content ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to keep data accurate, drive SLA adherence, and improve user experiences across Capital One’s digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing user access controls or account permissions.
• At least 2 years of experience administering enterprise content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Foundry Tier 1 support for the CaaS platform and advocate for users.
• Manage intake and escalation to Tier 2 Jira, ensuring complete context for engineers.
• Lead daily support triage and update the Confluence project board.
• Manage and approve user access requests and onboarding with SLA tracking.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards, alerting when SLAs are at risk.
• Draft and distribute newsletters, release notes, and status updates.
• Maintain self-service documentation and chatbot datasets.
• Coordinate team webinars and training sessions.
