Capital One is seeking a CMS Operations and Support Specialist to manage the Foundry Content-as-a-Service platform within the CDX team. The role focuses on Tier 1 support, access control, Jira hygiene, and stakeholder communication across product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive CMS experience, strong governance skills, and a track record of keeping operational data accurate and actionable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing user access controls or account permissions.
• 2+ years of experience administering enterprise content management systems.
• 5+ years of platform management or CMS operations experience.
• 5+ years experience in a marketing role.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience evaluating or implementing GenAI, automation, or new technology integrations within a marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own Foundry Support channel and handle 30–50 Tier 1 requests weekly.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 Jira tickets with clear context.
• Lead daily support triage and maintain project boards and KPIs.
• Manage access requests and onboarding with SLA tracking.
• Groom backlogs, maintain Jira boards, and track sprint progress.
