Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate in CMS Operations and Support within the CDX organization. You will own frontline support for the Content-as-a-Service platform, manage access, triage tickets in Jira, and maintain project boards and docs.

The role emphasizes governance, onboarding, and data hygiene across the Foundry ecosystem. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CMS operations or platform management, with strong experience in access controls and marketing/fintech realms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing user access controls or account permissions.
• At least 2 years of experience administering enterprise content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Frontline CMS operations and Tier 1 support for the Foundry/CaaS platform.
• Manage intake, escalation to Tier 2, and Jira ticketing; keep Confluence boards up to date.
• Lead daily triage, backlog grooming, and sprint hygiene; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist with onboarding, access provisioning, and governance to prevent duplicate domains and inactive users.
• Draft communications and maintain self-service docs, training materials, and release notes.
