Job summary

Capital One in Richmond, VA is seeking a Principal Associate to join the CDX Platform Administration & Governance team as CMS Operations and Support Specialist. You will own the CaaS platform frontline support and manage Jira, intake processes, and SLA tracking while advocating for users.

You will also lead onboarding, access control governance, and data hygiene across the Foundry ecosystem, collaborating with product and engineering to drive scalable content services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 4 years of experience managing user access controls or account permissions.
• At least 2 years of experience administering enterprise content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for the Foundry CaaS platform and manage Tier 1 requests.
• Qualify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 via Jira tickets with clear context.
• Lead daily support check-ins, triage Tier 2 tickets, and maintain the Confluence project board.
• Manage access requests and onboarding, tracking SLAs and governance.
• Groom backlogs, maintain Jira boards, and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
