Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate for CMS Operations and Support within the CDX organization. You will champion the proprietary Content-as-a-Service platform, manage Tier 1 support, and ensure operational hygiene across the Foundry ecosystem.

You will own intake, triage, governance, and data dashboards while coordinating with engineering and product teams. This role requires CMS admin experience and strong coordination across Jira, Confluence, and Slack platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing user access controls or account permissions.
• At least 2 years of experience administering enterprise content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Foundry Support Slack channel and handle 30–50 Tier 1 requests weekly.
• Escalate complex issues as Tier 2 Jira tickets with complete context.
• Lead daily support triage and update the Confluence project board.
• Manage user access requests and onboarding with SLAs.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and monitor SLA risk.
