Job summary

Learfield IMG College is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation to lead client onboarding and CMS migrations from kickoff through launch, coordinating design, engineering and product teams, and ensuring on-time delivery with excellent client experience. This role requires onsite presence in Dallas and a strong SaaS implementation background.

You will own day-to-day execution, manage scope and timelines, facilitate kickoffs and reviews, document outcomes in Jira/Confluence, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS/digital platforms.
• Experience delivering client-facing projects on time.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and similar tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dallas four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned client implementation projects — from kickoff through launch.
• Manage project scope, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira, Confluence and Slack.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions and status reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Track project health, timelines, and scope changes, surfacing issues and blockers early.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation.
