Job summary

SIDEARM Sports seeks a Project Manager on the Implementation team to plan, coordinate, and deliver client projects—from website redesigns to CMS migrations—working with Design, Engineering, Product, and Client Support.

You will own day-to-day execution, manage scope and timelines using Jira, Confluence, and Slack, build trust with clients, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or client-implementation experience.
• Experience managing client-facing projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear and confident communicator, written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI tools and how they can improve team efficiency and workflow.
• A problem-solving mindset, someone who asks how to make things happen and overcomes obstacles.
• High attention to detail and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Genuine interest in digital products, client experience, or collegiate athletics.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX metro area and work onsite at Learfield HQ a minimum of four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of assigned client implementation projects from kickoff through launch.
• Manage project scope, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables with clear visibility into next steps.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions and status reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Translate client needs into clear implementation plans with cross-functional partners.
• Support transition from implementation to ongoing support and account management.
