Learfield is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the client implementation organization, delivering website redesigns, CMS migrations, and platform delivery for a growing portfolio of digital products. The role focuses on building scalable processes, partnering across teams, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client implementation, service delivery, or program management in a SaaS/digital platform environment with 1+ year leading a team.
• Hands‑on experience delivering digital products including websites, mobile apps, and CMS platforms.
• Track record of building or strengthening implementation, delivery, or program management functions.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence as a power user and leverage AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Client Implementation organization.
• Direct the successful implementation of SIDEARM’s digital products and services (websites, mobile apps, CMS).
• Oversee onboarding lifecycle from contract to adoption and support.
• Drive implementation methodologies, governance, and standards for scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Support to align priorities and outcomes.
• Provide implementation insights influencing product enhancements and client experience.
