Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Project Manager on the Implementation team to plan, coordinate and deliver client projects for collegiate athletics from kickoff through launch. You will own day-to-day execution, manage scope and timelines, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product and Client Support to keep work moving.

Based in the Dallas area, you will be onsite at Learfield HQ four days a week and help migrate clients to the next-generation CMS while ensuring outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, client implementation, or related ops.
• Experience managing client-facing projects from planning to delivery and hitting timelines.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Asana or similar tools.
• Interest in AI tools to improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of client implementation projects from kickoff to launch.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; surface risks early.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Partner Development, Product and Client Support.
• Document and communicate project status in Confluence and Jira.
• Support CMS migration and platform delivery during implementation lifecycle.
