Learfield, a leading media and technology company powering college athletics, seeks a Director, Implementation to lead the client implementation team delivering websites, CMS migrations, and onboarding across our expanding product portfolio.

You will build scalable delivery processes, partner with Product, Engineering, and Support, and report to the Vice President, Operations. 8+ years of SaaS implementation and Jira/Confluence savvy preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client implementation, service delivery, or program management in a SaaS/digital environment.
• Hands-on delivery experience with websites, mobile apps, and CMS transitions.
• Track record building strong implementation and delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Implementation organization, fostering accountability and client service.
• Define performance expectations, standards, and career development for project managers.
• Plan workforce capacity to ensure scalable service delivery.
