NTT DATA Services in Springfield, Illinois, seeks an experienced Medicaid Certification PMO Project Manager to lead CMS certification activities and establish an Enterprise PMO. The role will coordinate CMS readiness, governance, schedules, RAID, and executive reporting across HFS, vendors, and federal-facing workstreams.

The position is hybrid with up to 25% travel to client locations in Springfield or Chicago, IL. A strong PMO background and CMS certification experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Minimum eight years of project/program management experience.
• Experience establishing or maturing an Enterprise PMO for complex programs.
• PMI/PMO certification or equivalent credential (PMP preferred).
• Experience with Medicaid, MMIS, MES, healthcare or public-sector programs.
• Direct CMS certification experience including SMC or Medicaid approaches.

Aufgaben

• Lead PMO CMS Certification activities and certification readiness across Medicaid enterprise.
• Develop and maintain integrated certification schedules, milestones, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate across HFS, vendors, business and technical stakeholders, and federal workstreams.
• Track evidence, RAIs, commitments, decisions, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Establish, operate, and mature Enterprise PMO for large-scale modernization.
• Develop standardized PMO processes, governance, dashboards, and controls.
• Establish RAID processes including ownership, due dates, escalation and closure.
• Maintain schedules and monitor milestones and critical dependencies.
• Facilitate PMO and certification meetings; document risks, decisions and actions.
• Prepare executive status reports highlighting progress, risks, dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-project and cross-vendor dependencies with CMS/APD/funding.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO tools, SOPs, metrics and lessons learned.
