NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services MES modernization in Springfield, IL. You will lead change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials, and adoption metrics across executive and staff levels.

The role requires 6+ years in OCM, strong MS Office/SharePoint skills, and up to 25% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus professional experience in change management or transformation.
• 6+ years in organizational change management, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years independently delivering OCM deliverables and strategies.
• 3+ years leading OCM for large-scale tech/organizational transformations.
• 3+ years supporting Medicaid MES/public-sector transformation programs.

Mansioni

• Lead OCM workstreams from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop OCM strategies, roadmaps, plans, schedules, risks, and metrics.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments for modernization initiatives.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans and executive communications.
• Design and support adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and reporting.
