NTT DATA seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Albany, NY to support CMS certification of Medicaid Enterprise Systems. You will evaluate subsystems, coordinate with contractors, and help achieve CMS certification for continued Federal Financial Participation.

The role requires eight+ years in business analysis, BPMN 2.0, and extensive stakeholder engagement; 50% onsite. NTT DATA offers comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and professional development.

Formación

• Eight years of experience fostering strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Three years implementing CMS certification processes on Medicaid programs.
• Five years of experience managing requirements.
• Five years creating BPMN 2.0 Business Process Design documentation.
• Five years leading teams of five or more staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration or similar field.
• Position requires 50% onsite; local candidates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate MES systems against CMS certification requirements.
• Coordinate certification activities with contractors and staff.
• Establish checklists for CMS onsite visits.
• Attend meetings with CMS staff; prepare agenda, notes and follow-up items.
• Support CMS certification review team briefings and pre-certification meetings.
• Assist with preparations for CMS on-site visits.
• Analyze data, reports and deliverables as needed.
• Assist with CMS certification issues resolution.
• Review CMS certification reports and provide guidance to the Department and contractors.
• Support Department responses to CMS.
