Diversified Services Network is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist modernizing Illinois Medicaid MES, collaborating with the client, project leadership, and stakeholders to manage requirements, scope, schedule, risks, and status reports.

This role emphasizes applying standard project management methodologies, governance, and CMS/Medicaid guidelines, with strong communication and documentation in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a support analyst or project coordinator in public sector or healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across all phases of the modernization lifecycle.
• Organize and distribute meeting materials; coordinate and document minutes.
• Ensure compliance with naming conventions and document management protocols.
• Prepare project status reports by coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
