Qualifications

• Federal government‑related capture experience required.
• Extensive Growth/BD/Capture in Federal Health with CMS capture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in Growth/BD/Capture roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with executives.
• Strong strategic thinking to win new business.
• Time management to juggle tasks and delegate when needed.
• Orals/proposals experience preferred.
• Provide an up‑to‑date Deal Sheet summarizing opportunities, wins and losses.
• Must be located in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales lifecycle for opportunities in Federal Health (CMS).
• Lead BD and capture strategies including market analysis and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with CSO and RELI Health to build 3–5 year forecast.
• Assemble cross‑functional teams, manage resources, budgets, timelines.
• Develop win themes and value propositions.
• Oversee proposal development and color team reviews.
• Share BI to refine strategies and improve win probability.
• Present gate review materials to senior executives.
• Attend government and industry events for new business.
• Work with RELI teams to provide thought leadership.
