Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry.
• Hands-on CMP/wafer processing experience preferred.
• Experience with DOE and SPC methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop manufacturable CMP processes.
• Maintain and improve production processes for high yields.
• Monitor process health with SPC and implement improvements.
• Develop and understand CMP modules and post-polish cleaning.
