Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior CMP Engineer to join our Material Solutions Engineering team. You will lead CMP solution development, design complex polishing experiments, analyze data, and drive projects from problem definition to implementation.

The role requires 3–5 years in CMP/semiconductor work, strong DOE and statistics skills, and excellent communication to partners and customers. Growth, collaboration, and mentorship are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Chemical Eng, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or Semiconductor Eng).
• 3–5 years of CMP or semiconductor experience.
• Experience with DOE, statistics, and data-driven process optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMP solution development with scientists and stakeholders.
• Design, plan, and execute CMP polishing experiments to evaluate performance and process windows.
• Analyze data and identify practical solutions to technical challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to solution implementation.
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations to internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a technical resource in CMP processing and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers to strengthen CMP capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
