Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Process.
• Wafer Fab / Equipment experience.
• Strong data analytics background for CMP, yield and integration problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMP process improvement discussions with customers and implement CIP projects.
• Resolve complex CMP tool issues using analytics, equipment, and process knowledge.
• Mentor/lead junior personnel and contribute to CMP network of experts.
• Identify opportunities for CSA renewal, upsell, and process optimization.
• Demonstrate and drive adoption of FabVantage offerings at customer sites.
