The role emphasizes hands-on laboratory work, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with integration, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver repeatable, manufacturable processes. The candidate should hold an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry, with experience in semiconductor

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Broad knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development of manufacturable, repeatable, high-yield CMP processes.
• Develop and conduct DOE and SPC to identify yield loss causes.
• Interact with senior engineers, design, and integration teams to ensure compatibility.
• Maintain and optimize production processes for CMP and post-CMP cleaning.
• Monitor process health with SPC and respond to out-of-control events.
