Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to direct and motivate CMP professionals and supervisors, driving site production of CMP tours and meeting budgeted tour flow and VPG requirements. This role requires strong leadership to coach, train, and evaluate staff while coordinating with the Marketing Director and site VP.

The position is full-time with weekend and holiday availability and offers comprehensive benefits. Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

Full time availability including weekends and holidays.
Experience in Travel and Leisure or timeshare in a similar role preferred.
Strong ability to build partnerships and conduct follow-ups.
Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals and supervisors.
Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
Establish an ongoing training plan to maintain integrity and enthusiasm in the CMP department.
Work with CMP Supervisors to set written and individual team goals for high performance.
Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level and take corrective action as needed.
Assist Marketing Director and site VP as needed.
