Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations and team productivity in Nashville, TN. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise associates, while driving performance and program effectiveness across marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytic skills, with responsibilities spanning reporting, coaching, and collaboration with sales teams to optimize tour flow and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports and prepare status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management on tour seats, bookings and marketing programs.
• Maintain tour invitations and manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and manage departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
