Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team and drive performance. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise associates, while delivering timely reports on marketing penetration and tour flow.

The role requires strong communication, coaching abilities, and customer-service excellence, with responsibilities across reporting, program changes, and team development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Two years of marketing experience in vacation ownership or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professionalism.
• Ability to coach, counsel, and motivate direct reports.
• Proven customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, negotiate, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: recruit, hire, train, and evaluate.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards and run daily reports.
• Prepare status reports on show factors and penetration rates for deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales on tour seats and policy changes.
• Maintain tour invitations, manifests, and department supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
