Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services, a leader in Integrated Maintenance Solutions, seeks an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory across multiple sites. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, QA of PM plans, and leadership in CMMS best practices.

The candidate will manage WOs, maintain equipment and part metadata, and support cost control while collaborating with facilities teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or professional training in related fields.
• 1-3+ years of maintenance distribution or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with enterprise asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial).
• Maintain Work Order data including PM plans and schedules.
• Schedule and manage work orders; ensure closure of WOs.
• Maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog, parts numbers).
• Support materials management, cycles counts, and KPI reporting.
• Coach staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
