Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3 years as planner/scheduler using a CMMS to plan and schedule route maintenance technicians and vendors.
• CMMS and MS Office experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the daily activity of up to 20 route maintenance technicians and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled and emergency services.
• Develop KPI reports to track work order performance and deliverables.
• Assist in developing spare parts inventory for route maintenance vehicles.
• Attend planning and scheduling meetings as needed.
