Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software. The role involves maintaining parts inventories, providing end-user training, and coordinating with the EAM analyst on standard coding and PM procedures.

You will manage work orders, analyze data for improvements, publish facilities metrics to management, and support the facilities team while promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and PM procedures.
• Manage work orders for creation, updates, and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software/process improvements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Foster safe working environment by following procedures.
